This story is about a young croc named Jeff who has lived his whole life living in a lake and scaring people from crossing the bridge. He was never that good at it though. For example whenever someone walked by he tried to scare them away like he was told but no matter how hard he tried to look intimidating the dumber he looked and the more people adored him. However one night he was out of the lake looking for a midnight snack when the wind picked up and the water swept his whole family away into a tiny river. His life flashed before his eyes while he realized that his life was going to be changed forever. The next day a little girl and her family were walking along the edge of the river. The little girl spotted something but as she told her parents to turn around it disappeared. She begged her parents to let her swim and after 20 minutes they finally gave in but they took their eyes off her because their baby was crying although the parents just assumed that he was hungry but he saw something in the lake too. Later the little girl told her parents that she found something and asked them if she could bring it home but unfortunately for them they assumed that it was just a rock or something so they agreed. Suddenly it started to rain and the family ran back into their car and drove away. After a week her parents remembered about the lake and their daughter telling them that she found something… As they were walking up the stairs she ran out of her room into the hall, scaring her parents and their jaws dropped to the floor when they saw what she was holding. Her parents didn’t know what they were going to do with it. They were flabbergasted, immediately their daughter asked if she could keep him and that she had already named Jeff. They didn’t know what to do because they didn’t want do upset her so they let her keep it and soon enough Jeff was her best friend, she brought him EVERYWHERE the park, school, and even dance however the first time she brought him everyone was so surprised but it turns out that Jeff ended up being the best dancer in the room and after only a week of classes he got moved up to a professional ballet school.
